About the event

Welcome back to our winter Guest Chef series. This is an opportunity for us to bring forward-thinking and sustainability-focused chefs in the Three Pools kitchen.

To start things of with a bang we have Julian Tailluer coming in to grace the pans. Julian lives and breathes the field-to-fork model of cooking. He gained his chefing experience in Amsterdam's top restaurants and now runs his own kitchen! He'll be arriving at the farm a week before the big meal in order to source his ingredients. Together we'll  be foraging, hunting and procuring the best food from the farm and the local area and serving it to you in a modern british Sunday roast style. 

Due to the menu being based on 'wild food'* it's hard to say what will be on offer at this time. What's certain is that this 4-course seasonal feast will be a culinary delight. 

As usual, we're also asking guests to BYOB.


We'll be offering a farm tour for people before the meal. If you would like to attend this insightful tour with farmer Huw, please arrive at 12:30.

*This particular Guest Chef event will be focused on wild meat. If you are vegan or vegetarian we advise you to book onto one of our specific 'plant based' Guest Chef meals planned for later on this year.
