We invite you for a weekend of getting hands-on with food processing techniques that will convert basic ingredients into delicious daily meals, fabulous feasts and cheeky snacks.
In the kitchen we embrace the challenge to create food doesn't cost the earth, ecologically or economically, while being delicious and nutritious. We share practical time and money saving tips and cooking processes beyond heat, such as fermenting, soaking, milking, sprouting and using pressure.
Come play, get messy, get curious, and walk away with skills and confidence to make your kitchen more alive, nourishing, fun and easy to manage.
