A weekend of getting hands-on with food processing techniques that will convert basic ingredients into delicious meals and snacks.
Amy and Hannah are always on a food adventure. Focused on what they find and making exquisite and curious flavours through experimenting with processes beyond heat. Fermenting, soaking, milking, sprouting and using pressure.
Come play, get messy, get curious, and walk away with skills and confidence to make your kitchen more alive, nourishing, fun and easy to manage.
