On this day we will be honouring the change of season and taking ourselves deeply into inner process on the beautiful grounds of Three Pools farm with Holly Jenkins of Holistic Holly and Lauren Youngs, Artist and Creative art Therapist.
The day is curated to get you into your body, into nature and into art!
Be in community, eat farm to table food and relax and unwind.
The day includes:
90 minute yin yoga and guided meditation workshop
