Vineyard Tours + Wine Tasting

Join us for a guided tour of the vineyard, followed by a wine tasting in the garden.

Tours are led by Three Pools founder Huw Evans. The focus of the tour is to look through the newly planted vineyard and learn about the system that has been planted. We endeavor to include visiting some livestock on the walk to and from the vineyard. We will discuss what natural wine is and how it differs from conventional wines.

Planted in 2021, our vineyard is a commitment to low-intervention grape growing techniques. Our journey began with nurturing the existing soil structure of the pasture field, recognising that soil health is paramount to cultivating thriving vines.

With 12,500 vines planted, including varieties such as Pinot Noir, Seyval, Ortega, and Pinot Meunier, we are poised to craft a diverse range of wines. Our selection will feature a skin-contact orange wine, a sparkling white, and…
