WELLNESS WEEKEND 2021

Welcome to our annual Summer Wellness Retreat. This years theme is "Awakening The Fire Within” Over the weekend we will tap into the high solar energy of the up and coming Summer Solstice. There will be lots of wholesome workshops, fantastic food and relaxing music over the course of the weekend.

About the Event

Welcome to our annual Summer Wellness Retreat ‘Awakening The Fire Within”.

Over the weekend we will tap into the high solar energy of the up and coming Summer Solstice, This is the point in the year when the most light is available to us.

The underlying spirit of Summer is one of emergence, purification and potency. It’s a time of celebration, cleansing, renewal, love and a time to reflect on your personal growth.

As we move towards midsummer it’s the time when the Earth is reaching the fullness of her strength, fertility, and abundance, so we too can celebrate our strength in joining together, pollinating our spiritual consciousness through different practices and offering gratitude for the abundance that which we experience daily.

We’ll open the weekend on Friday night with Blaize leading us through a fire ceremony and the opportunity to set your intentions for the weekend and beyond.

On Saturday morning, Debs will lead us through a cleansing pranayama exercise followed by a gentle, yet strong and invigorating yoga practice stimulating our Manipura chakra and stoking our inner fire with core power and heat. We will offer up anything we wish to purify and release, mind, body and soul as we focus on strength and grounding through alignment and breath.

As we flow through a moving prayer we will honour the elements and strengthen our intentions for the coming season, letting any barriers to transformation dissolve into emptiness clearing the inner slate clean.

Also on Saturday expect a farm walk and forage. In the afternoon we will journey into a SOMA energised mediation which focuses on neurobics, shaking, toning and an illuminating breath work journey, followed by the amazing Jazz band, Nuadha Quartet and then ecstatic movement and dance in the evening.

On Sunday, we’ll wake with rise and shine Vin to yin yoga, following with a creative arts workshop and then we’ll end the weekend with a very potent Awakening breath work journey where you can tap into higher consciousness, seed your visions for the future and master your own destiny.

FOOD:

On top of all this we will be treated to the most incredible vegan food from the award winning Honest Edibles as we bask in the golden summer light and the stunning fauna and flora that will surround us at Three Pools farm. We will provid food for (Friday evening, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday evening, Sunday breakfst, Sunday lunch). Herbal teas & coffee available for free all weekend. 

CAMPING:

Bring your own tent and sleeping equipment to set up in our camping field. There are hot showers and compost toliets on site.

GLAMPING:

If you don't want to the hassle of setting up your own tent, we have our fleet of furnished bell tents available to rent (Extra) 

TREATMENTS:

Holistic Holly and Blaize will be offering treatments over the weekend (Extra)

DRINKS: 

Botanical drinks bar will be open throughout the weekend to buy Kombucha (Extra)
