Join us for a rare winter dining experience in our 400-year-old renovated barn at Three Pools Permaculture Farm. This intimate gathering celebrates the season’s wild abundance - a menu guided by foraged, heritage, and seasonal foods, showcasing meat raised here on our own permaculture farm, and crafted to honor the land and the rhythms of winter.
This is our one and only dining event of the winter - a celebration of wild flavour, community, and the turning of the seasons.
