Joints could include: Shoulder, Leg, Mince, Chops, Breast. 
 
Our hogget comes from our flock of welsh hertitage badger face sheep. They are pasture fed on our lush, diverse grasses. 
 
The produce is sent out frozen in cool wool packaging.
